The Irreversibility of the Strike Because GenKaansya artifacts are made-to-order and serialized (1 of 21), each purchase represents a permanent commitment to the piece.

• No Rescission: We do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of heart. The “Human Signature”, including irregularities in texture and hand-applied finishes, is anintended feature of the Savoir-faire, not a defect.

• The Integrity Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that an artifact arrives with structural damage that compromises its water-safe utility or intended form, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Restoration: In cases of documented transit damage, we will prioritize the restoration or replacement of the piece to maintain the integrity of your serialized set.
